<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve flat gain characteristics in a wide band in a high-gain mode and low-loss characteristics and flat gain characteristics in a wide band in a low-gain mode. <P>SOLUTION: An amplification path 101 is configured such that an input signal is amplified via a first inductor 7 while the amplified signal is output via a second inductor 8. Meanwhile, a bypass path 102 includes a field effect transistor 6 and a feedback resistor 12 connected in parallel to the field effect transistor. Each value of the first/second inductors 7, 8 is set to make frequency characteristics of a gain become desired flat characteristics by reducing a feedback amount by the feedback resistor 12 in a high-frequency band, in which a gain of the amplification path 101 is low, while increasing a feedback amount by the feedback resistor 12 in a low-frequency band in which a gain of the amplification path 101 is high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
