PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low power consumption and low noise power supply circuit, and a wireless apparatus. SOLUTION: A power supply circuit includes a DC-DC converter which steps down an input power supply voltage and outputs it to a first voltage, an output transistor connected to the output of the DC-DC converter and outputting a second voltage, and a first control circuit which operates on the input power supply voltage and controls the output transistor.
