<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic tuner capable of suppressing nonlinear distortion of an RF amplifier. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic tuner 100 includes: a distributor 52 provided between the RF amplifier 42 and a single tuning filter 43; and a detection circuit 54 which detects an RF signal distributed by the distributor 52. An attenuation factor of an RF attenuation circuit 41 provided at a prestage of the RF amplifier 42 is controlled by intensity of the RF signal detected by the detection circuit 54.
