<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin leakage sensor device in an injection molding machine which guides a resin leaking from a connection part of a circulation path of molten resin communicated with the joint surface between mold constituting members themselves having high possibility of the occurrence of resin leakage, to a groove having a low flow resistance and senses the resin leakage by utilizing a temperature difference between a temperature on the inner part of the mold and a resin temperature by means of the sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The resin leakage sensor device in the injection molding machine, which molds the heated and melted resin by injection, circulates the resin via the circulation path 2 in the mold to supply the resin into a cavity from a gate by each fixed amount, has a recessed groove 5 surrounding the circulation path 2 and a resin passage 6 communicated with the recessed groove 5 on the opening side of the joint surface of the circulation path 2 of the joint part of assembled respective members, and has a sensor 7 arranged on the outer part of the member, whereby the resin leaking out from the circulation path 2 is collected, is made effluent and, thereby, is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
