PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporative cooling device capable of performing efficient cooling even when a heat exchange face is horizontal. SOLUTION: A cooling water supply pipe 5 is connected to a heat exchange container 1 through an automatic valve 12. A cooling water circulation valve 18 is connected in parallel with the automatic valve 12. Cooling water supply openings 24, 25 for supplying and injecting the cooling water toward the heat exchange face 2 and in the tangential direction of an inner peripheral wall of the heat exchange container 1, are formed on an end face at a heat exchange container 1 side of the cooling water supply pipe 5. The heat exchange face 2 is disposed on a top face of the heat exchange container 1. A suction means 6 is connected to a lower end of the heat exchange container 1 through a steam trap 4 and an opening/closing valve 9. The cooling efficiency can be improved by injecting the cooling water to a lower face side of the heat exchange face 2 from the cooling water supply openings 24, 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
