PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device having improved turning performance of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A driving force control device 100 includes a friction coefficient estimation means 101 for estimating a road surface friction coefficient, a grounding load calculation means 102 for calculating a grounding load of a front wheel, a lateral force calculation means 103 for calculating a lateral force of a front wheel, an allowable driving force calculation means 104 for calculating allowable driving force for a front wheel based on the outputs of the friction coefficient estimation means, grounding load calculation means and lateral force calculation means, and a driving force control means 106 for controlling the driving force so as to make the driving force for the front wheel not more than an allowable driving force. The control device further includes an allowable driving force correction means 105 for increasing/correcting an allowable driving force in response to the increase in a steering angle of a front wheel.
