PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool reducing antigenicity of an allergy causing substance attached to the cleaning tool. SOLUTION: The cleaning tool is for indoor cleaning and has a dry fibrous base material. The fibrous base material is added with an antigenicity reducing composition containing an antigenicity reducing component for reducing antigenicity of an allergy causing substance, oil solution, and a surfactant.
