PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time AD converter for correcting environment with a simple circuit structure, and a solid-state imaging device using the time AD converter. SOLUTION: The time AD converter includes: an RDL 101 with n (n is natural number of 2 or more) delay units (not shown); a digital signal generation unit 102 for generating digital signals corresponding to analog signals by using an output of the RDL 101; and an RDL controller 110 for controlling current input in the n delay units (not shown) according to an external environment signal.
