PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load-receiving lifting device which allows the replacement work of wire, motor brush or the like to be carried out at the appropriate timing. SOLUTION: The load-receiving lifting device with a load-receiving platform, which is arranged to a load-carrying platform of a vehicle and, in which lifting motion between the ground and load-receiving platform is performed, is provided with an operation part 8 for performing lifting instruction of the load-receiving platform, a measurement part 92 for measuring the number of operation or operation time of at least either of lifting operation or lowering operation of the load-receiving platform, a determination part 94 for comparing a prescribed number or measurement time with the measured number or measurement time of the measurement part 92, and a notice part 10 noticed on the basis of an output signal from the determination part 94.
