PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized coating film transfer tool in which a transfer head can be rotated (swung) relative to a case. SOLUTION: A mounting hole laterally extending through the head body of the plate-like transfer head is formed in the head body. A columnar fitting member inserted into the mounting hole is provided to the end of the case. In the mounted state, the fitting member is inserted into the mounting hole of the transfer head, and the longitudinal sectional area of the mounting hole of the transfer head increases outward when viewed from the lateral center of the transfer head due to the tapers of the upper and lower inner surfaces of the mounting hole. Consequently, the transfer head can be rotated (swung) smoothly relative to the case, but cannot be rotated in the direction about the axis Sa extending through the lateral center of the mounting hole vertically to the plate-like surface of the transfer head.
