PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent compressed air from flowing out of a case having a pressurized explosion-proof construction. SOLUTION: A fuel supply monitoring unit 60 is constructed such that a shielding unit 130 is fixed to an inside part of a card insertion port 102 of a front panel 72. The shielding unit 130 has a fixing base 140 and a pair of elastic members 150. The pair of elastic members 150 shield the inside part of the card insertion port 102 under a holding state in which they are press-fitted between a pair of holding portions 144 so as to cause the side surfaces oppositely faced to each other to be butted. Compressed air supplied into a case 70 is prevented from flowing out of the card insertion port 102 to surrounding atmosphere by the pair of elastic members 150. In addition, the pair of elastic members 150 are formed such that their portions contacted to each other are formed into a round shape, they are elasticly deformed in a lateral direction by an ID card C inserted at the card insertion port 102 and further deformed in a spaced-apart direction to form a clearance according to a thickness of the ID card C.
