PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production tool for a handmade chopsticks, which produces handmade chopsticks easily and with pleasure, even by biginners who has no experience of production of handmade chopsticks. SOLUTION: A production tool for handmade chopsticks 1 includes the first sharpening mount 2 on an upper side of the tool, and the second sharpening mount 3 on a bottom side thereof, a shave guide 6 projection from the surfaces of the first sharpening mount 2 and the second sharpening mount 3 is provided on a side surface of the first sharpening mount 2 and the second sharpening mount 3, a first curving fitting channel 4 is provided on the first sharpening mount 2 on the upper side, a second curving fitting channel 5 is provided on the second sharpening mount 3 on the bottom side, and a fitting means 7 of a chopsticks material is provided on the top of the production tool 1 of handmade chopsticks, and at the same time the first fitting channel 4 of the first sharpening mount 2 is placed on a position deviating from the center line in a longitudinal direction of the first sharpening mount 2 and the second fitting channel 5 of the second sharpening mount 3 is placed on a position deviating from the center line in a longitudinal direction of the second sharpening mount 3, and the first fitting channel 4 and the second fitting channel 5 are placed in a different positions from the center line.
