PURPOSE: A warning device for protecting passengers who get on/off a vehicle is provided to be easily installed all kinds of the vehicles by controlling the installation length of a fixed unit. CONSTITUTION: A warning device for protecting passengers comprises warning boards(100), a drive unit(200), and a clamping unit(300). The warning board is arranged on both side end point of the rear side of the vehicles. The warning board indicates a caution of the passenger who gets off the vehicle. The drive unit comprises a pair of motors(210) and a pair of power transmission.
