<p>The flasks, esp. conical are clamped with them bases flat to a backing plate, by an inverted bowl with tonques around its periphery with holes in them fitting the necks of the flasks. The bowl and back plate are fastened by a wing nut to a mounting disc fixed at an angle to a horizontal shaft driven by a geared motor. Due to the combined swirling and swashing action the wash liquid scours the conical surfaces more effectively.</p> |
