<p>Dispersion and emulsion of liquid-solid or liquid-liquid components can be effectively prepd. by a device consisting of an impeller and a perforated wall having openings of 0.05-10 mm size. The impeller runs at 1500 rpm. and is fitted with an external cylindrical ring, which may carry the perforated wall, constructed from wire mesh, expanded metal etc. A 5% NaOH soln contg. 3% H2O2 was mixed with a paste-like component consisting of 60% 2,4-dichlorobenzoylperoxide and 40% high viscous silicone oil.</p> |
