Chromium acyl-aminobenzoates - as antistatics for hydrocarbons active in very low concentration

Antistatic hydrocarbon compsns. contain 0.00001-0.01 wt. % of an Cr(III) salt of an aminobenzoic acid, opt. substd. on the nucleus, where the amino gp. has been acylated with a higher-molecular carboxylic acid. The antistatics are effective in very low concn. and are compatible with hydrocarbon additives. Even in presence of air, no explosion occurs at high pumping speeds.
