FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction equipment, namely, to mechanical activators of suspensions with fibrous materials. Activator comprises housing accommodating rotor with impeller, variable-angle vanes, cantilever rods arranged in segments along spiral line swirled to center, and plates twisted along spiral to rotor axis, and outlet branch pipe communicated with heating cavitator. Counter activators made up of cantilever rods are arranged on housing face wall with radial clearance with rotor cantilever rods. Ultrasound radiators are secured on housing outer surface, while, on opposite surface, elastic container with reagents is secured to double as noise isolator. ^ EFFECT: finely-dispersed homogenised activated suspensions with fibrous materials. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg |
