<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device capable of neatly stopping an opening/closing body at a roughly full close position even if power failure or noise occurs. <P>SOLUTION: This opening and closing device comprises an encoder device 35 outputting count values in conjunction with the opening/closing operations of the opening/closing body 10, a memory part 41 storing opening/closing body position information variables which are the information on the positions of the opening/closing body 10, an addition/deduction means adding and deducting the count values to and from the opening body position information variables, and a load detection part 36 detecting the load values of the drive source of the opening/closing body 10. The position of the opening/closing body is recognized based on the opening/closing body position information variables stored in the memory part. When the opening and closing device recognizes that the opening/closing body position information variables are abnormal during the closing operation of the opening/closing body 10, the opening/closing body 10 is inverted by a prescribed amount and stopped under the condition that a load value detected by the load detection part exceeds a prescribed load comparison value for determining inversion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
