<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit automatic cutoff operation of a device power source under a non-measurement condition, and to nullify the automatic cutoff operation of a device power source under a measurement condition. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: an operation part 5 having selection switches 11, 12, and 13; a measurement part 3 measuring a physical quantity of an object to be measured while a measurement range is automatically switched; and a processing part 6 performing time measurement of measuring non-operation time T of a successive non-operation state of the selection switches 11, 12, and 13, number measurement measuring switching number N of the measurement range, and power-supply control cutting off the device power source, when the non-operation time T measured is a predetermined base time T1 or more and the switching number N measured within the base time T1 is a predetermined lower limit number N1 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
