METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RADOME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a radome, which suppresses labor and cost required for manufacturing by shortening a manufacturing process and suppressing defective products.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the radome 10 provided on a sensing side of a radar for sensing obstacles around a vehicle includes: a molding process for molding a transparent member 11 having recesses 11b formed on one face 11a; an installation process for installing bright members 12 each having a shape filling a space within the recess 11b and having a bright contact face S coming into contact with the inner face of the recess 11b within the recess 11b; and a second installation process for installing a base member 16 covering the one face 11a and integrally holding the transparent member 11 and the bright members 12.
