<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device, using solar cells, that can reduce power loss caused by a non-power-generating panel on which no light is incident. <P>SOLUTION: The blind device using the solar cells includes a plurality of solar cell panels 12, 13, and a plurality of electric wires 20 connecting the solar cell panels to each other in series.
