<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data receiving apparatus, a data receiving method and a program, capable of more stable and high-speed data transfer. <P>SOLUTION: The data receiving apparatus includes: an elastic buffer circuit 7 for receiving scrambled and transmitted data as reception data, and adjusting the timing with a transmitter side; an SKP complementing circuit 9 for adjusting the timing in descrambling the data timing-adjusted by the elastic buffer circuit 7; and a descrambling circuit 10 for descrambling the data inputted from the SKP complementing circuit 9. The reception data have an SKP order set for adjusting the timing with the transmitter side. After initially receiving a normal SKP symbol, the SKP complementing circuit 9 replaces existing data into SKP symbols and outputs the necessary number of the SKP symbols so that the number of SKP symbols included in the SKP order set may be the desired number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
