<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an output destination of a print job by associating the print job with a print port. <P>SOLUTION: A program makes a computer perform following steps: a setting step of setting output destination information which identifies an output destination where a print request is output to a print request obtained from a printer driver; a determination step S108 for determining whether the print port corresponding to the set output destination information is present on the basis of port management information associating the print port with the output destination information; a creation step S109 for creating a new print port when it is determined that there is no print port at the determination step; and a storage step S110 for associating the print port created anew at the creation step or a print port determined to be present at the determination step, the print request, and the output destination information to store them to job management information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
