<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management apparatus, an image formation system and a program, wherein even when respective users belonging to the same user group operate respectively different processing terminals, the processing terminals can be used within a use limit regulated to the same user group independently of the throughput of the processing terminals. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of users simultaneously utilize respectively different devices in an environment in which image forming apparatuses corresponding to a user limit function and image forming apparatuses non-corresponding to the use limit function coexist, the output available number of sheets of the user group is proportionally divided by the number of output limit target devices to calculate an adjusted value. The value is responded to the devices corresponding to the use limit function as it is. If the adjusted value is a preset threshold or less, output prohibition is responded to the image forming apparatuses non-corresponding to the use limit function, and when the adjusted value is larger than the threshold, output availability is responded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
