<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize bending in one plane and to permit a bending operation in a direction orthogonal to the plane, using a simple and low-cost structure. <P>SOLUTION: A bending operation guide member 52 guides the bending operation of a wire harness 42, in a state where it is externally provided to the wire harness 42. The bending operation guide member 52 is provided with a pair of side pieces 72 and a coupling support piece 78, supporting a pair of side pieces 72 with an interval therebetween. Coupling holes 73 are formed at each end of each of a pair of side pieces, and coupling pins 74 that can be arranged in the coupling holes 73 are installed in the other end.
