<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter and a photoelectric conversion module contributing to improvement of photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter includes: a substrate; and a light transmitting case disposed on the substrate and having a sealing body having a frame part surrounding an photoelectric conversion element in plan view, and a lid part disposed on the frame part and sealing the photoelectric conversion element by the frame part and the substrate through a space, and a light-focusing member provided on the lid part side of the sealing body in the space above the photoelectric converting element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
