<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-curable type epoxy resin composition capable of eliminating a curing agent, and develop an epoxy resin capable of providing an epoxy resin composition excellent in preservation stability even if it is one pack composition, the epoxy resin composition by using the same and a cured material by curing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: This epoxy resin composition contains (A) an epoxy resin having an aromatic acetal group (a1) and an epoxy group (a2) in one molecule.
