<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to more quickly reach a target place at a desired scale when the user zooms in a map or the like displayed on a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel display control system estimates a trajectory C to be drawn while the trajectory C is being drawn, and performs either zoom-in or zoom-out of a range corresponding to the trajectory when the estimated trajectory is estimated to be a particular trajectory. Processing speed is made higher than when the trajectory is determined after drawing is completed by prefetching the trajectory C to be drawn and determining the trajectory C at a determination position P before the drawing of the trajectory C is completed. Thus, an area in which the specified trajectory is drawn can quickly be zoomed in only by drawing the specified trajectory by a pen or the like.
