摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A producing method of an immune system-enhancing beverage using black garlic and artemisia annua is provided to reduce the spicy flavor and taste of the black garlic for enabling a user to easily drink the beverage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an immune system-enhancing beverage using black garlic and artemisia annua comprises the following steps: producing a black garlic extract and an artemisia annua extract by hot water extracting; mixing the black garlic extract and the artemisia annua extract in a weight ratio of 90~99.9:0.1~10 to obtain a mixed composition; adding an additive to the mixed composition; and packing and sterilizing the mixture.</p>
