The device has refrigerated enclosures formed of high cold and low cold chambers that are provided with a wall. The wall comprises a heat conduction surface permitting thermoregulation by spontaneous transfer of heat from the low cold chamber to the high cold chamber, where the chambers are thermally connected with each other. Each chamber includes independent circuits of refrigerated fluid compressors e.g. superchargers, mechanically driven by an individual wind turbine.
