<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for automatically opening/closing a door, which hardly causes an erroneous operation due to a users' operation mistake when the door is opened/closed. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for automatically opening/closing the door includes a sliding door 7 which is slid to open/close an opening 5, a drive motor 23 for sliding the sliding door 7, and a control means for rotatively driving the drive motor 23. Additionally, a detection means 9 for detecting a body to be detected brought in close vicinity to the front side of the sliding door 7 is also provided. The detection means 9 can detect the bodies to be detected which are arranged in a plurality of detection positions isolated in the opening/closing direction of the sliding door 7. The control means identifies the movement direction of the body to be detected on the basis of the time-series variation of the detection state of the body to be detected in each position of detection by the detection means 9, so as to make the sliding door 7 move in the movement direction of the body to be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
