PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a web page relating to an accessed web page by a small number of user's input operations.

SOLUTION: A related page retrieval management part starts an operation without an input operation by the user with an operation start of a browser part as a trigger (step S21a), displays a function unoperated icon (step S21c) when the browser part starts to download a web page, and further displays a function operating icon (step S21e) when the browser part finishes downloading of the web page. The related page retrieval management part advances to web page retrieval using a keyword extracted from the web page downloaded by the browser part according to an input operation by the user to the function operating icon ("touched" of step S21f).
