<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aluminum substrate for a lithographic printing plate with which an aluminum supporting body for a lithographic printing plate having a high aluminum purity can be obtained at a high yield even in the case a used lithographic printing plate is reutilized, the amount of aluminum oxide to be by-produced is reduced, and the generation amount of CO<SB>2</SB>causing global warming is remarkably reduced, and to provide a method for recycling a lithographic printing plate with which the generation amount of CO<SB>2</SB>in the process is remarkably reduced, and which is efficient. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing an aluminum substrate for a lithographic printing plate, a recycled material including a lithographic printing plate at least provided with an anodized film of 3.0 to 10.0 g/m<SP>2</SP>on an aluminum supporting body is prepared, then by the recycled material, a recycled metal is obtained, and the recycled material metal is admixed with a new aluminum metal in a required amount and a metal master alloy in a trace amount, so as to produce a new aluminum substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
