<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article inspection system which can heighten inspection reliability by preventing an inspection from being carried out through reading erroneous inspection parameters. <P>SOLUTION: This article inspection system comprises the following constituent members: a representative characteristics storage means 30 which stores a plurality of pieces of representative characteristics information as physical properties value which characterizes the kind of an article W, by kind of the article W; a characteristics calculation means 10 which calculates the characteristics value as the physical properties value which characterizes the kind of the article W, based on the physical properties value through with signal processing by a signal processing means 8; and a characteristics comparison means 35 which outputs comparison results obtained through comparing the characteristics value calculated by the characteristics calculation means 10 with the representative characteristics information which is read by the representative characteristics storage means 30 when the operation of an inspection means 60 is initiated by an operation control means 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
