<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell capable of suppressing loss of sunlight incident from a glass substrate passing through a transparent conductive film into a photoelectric conversion layer, and to provide a manufacturing method of the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell formed by laminating a transparent conductive film layer, the photoelectric conversion layer, and a rear surface electrode on the glass substrate is provided with an inclining refractive index layer, wherein a refractive index continuously changes from a refractive index of the glass substrate to a refractive index of the transparent conductive film layer between the glass substrate and the transparent conductive film layer formed thereon. In the manufacturing method of the solar cell, the inclining refractive index layer is formed between the glass substrate and the transparent conductive film layer. In the inclining refractive index layer, a composition continuously changes, by applying a liquid solution containing an alkoxysilane compound and an alkoxyzirco compound to the glass substrate by a spray deposition method, while the mixing ratio is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
