<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stable data output even if there is a lag between a timer function of a transmission side and that of a receiving side when transmitting/receiving voice data between a plurality of voice communication devices through a network. <P>SOLUTION: In order to achieve real-time property of voice data, the system does not depend on timing of updating an internal counter on the transmission side, updates the internal counter on the receiving side in independent timing, and stores its value in a counter storing unit 22a. When voice data is lost or damaged or a delay occurs, a voice communication device on the receiving side outputs complement voice data which is stored beforehand in a complement data storing unit 22d acoustically from a speaker 21b. When overflow or underflow occurs in a buffer area of a voice storing unit 22c storing the voice data, a memory 22 including the voice storing unit, the counter storing unit, and the compliment data storing unit is initialized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
