PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device preventing scattering of dust etc. of a ceiling material in an indoor side even when the thickness dimension of the ceiling material varies and facilitating inventory control of components. SOLUTION: The ventilating device includes: a duct body 10 installed in a ceiling, having an opening opened on the indoor side from an opening 8 of the ceiling and including an inner face mounted with a bracket metal 20; a skirt 30 slidably fitted to the inner side of the duct body 10; an auxiliary metal fitting 50 mounted to the inner face of the skirt 30; and a hanging support spring 60 having a central part engaged with the auxiliary metal fitting 50 and both arm parts 62 engaged with hanging grooves of the bracket metal 20 mounted to the inner face of the duct body 10.
