PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure for simplifying a hardware configuration and facilitating software processing, in a signal processor 21 for calculating periods of pulse signals (SEN0 to SEN5) outputted from a plurality of sensors and phase differences between the respective pulse signals. SOLUTION: Count values of a free-run counter 11 during the fall of the respective pulse signals are latched on thereto corresponding D flip-flops 12a to 12f (DFF_0 to DFF_5). The count values latched on these D flip-flops 12a to 12f are scanned and outputted in order by a data selector 14, and written in a FIFO memory 15 together with a count value of a channel counter 13 which is a sensor identification number.
