PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analgesic pharmaceutical composition for external use including diclofenac or a salt thereof as an anti-inflammatory ingredient, and exhibiting excellent analgesic effects by improving the analgesic effects thereof. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for external use is prepared by formulating 0.5-1.5 wt.% of the diclofenac or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and 5-15 wt.% of a refreshing agent or further formulating a warm sensing ingredient in the composition.
