PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate an intimacy degree between persons with high degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: A service server SV collects movement history information of mobile terminals MS1-MSn from the mobile terminals MS1-MSn possessed by a plurality of users, and obtains movement means information representing a movement means of each user, sojourn place information representing a sojourn place of each user, and accompaniment information representing a situation of accompaniment between the users based on the collected movement history information of the respective mobile terminals MS1-MSn. Based on the movement means information, the sojourn place information and the accompaniment information, the total number N of accompaniment places between a noticing user and an accompaniment user, the kind number S of the accompaniment places and an accompaniment frequency ni by the kinds are obtained, and the total number N of the accompaniment places, the kind number S of the accompaniment places and the accompaniment frequency ni by the kinds are substituted for a predefined expression to calculate the intimacy degree between both the users.
