PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head suspension including a pair of piezoelectric members and effectively preventing short circuit of a voltage supply side electrode layer disposed in a lower surface facing the disk surface of the piezoelectric members. SOLUTION: The voltage supply side electrode layer is disposed in the lower surface of a piezoelectric body so that the tip side and the base end side of the lower surface of the piezoelectric body are exposed to form a tip exposed surface and a base end exposed surface. A support part includes a tip support surface and a base end support surface which face the tip exposed surface and the base end exposed surface, respectively, when the piezoelectric body is located in a predetermined mounting position. The piezoelectric body is directly or indirectly fixed to the support part via insulating adhesives supplied between the tip exposed surface and the tip support surface and between the base end exposed surface and the base end support surface.
