PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably recognize a position of a moving body terminal 7 on an image, and ensure matching with the ID information of the moving body terminal 7. SOLUTION: A control part 11 of a fixed point monitoring terminal 5 acquires a captured image G including light emitted by a light emission part 23 of the moving body terminal 7, with a camera 24. An object detection system 1 executes the steps of: recognizing the terminal image of the moving body terminal 7 in the captured image G by the light emission (S15, 76); acquiring the ID information of the moving body terminal 7 with a wireless communication part 22 (S16, 72); and associating the recognized terminal image with the ID information (S17, 77).
