摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform drive control by a proper drive pulse by accurately discriminating drive remaining power. SOLUTION: A rotation detection circuit 110 detects the rotation state of a stepping motor 105 according to whether or not an induction signal VRs exceeds a reference threshold voltage Vcomp1 for rotation state detection in a rotation detection section T comprising detection sections T1-T3. A detection time discrimination circuit 111 detects lengths of the detection sections T1-T3 y setting them based on an intersection of the induction signal VRs detected by the rotation detection circuit 110 and a reference threshold voltage Vcomp2 for detection section setting. A control circuit 103 controls the drive of the stepping motor 105 by either of a plurality of main drive pulses P1 having mutually different energy, respectively, or by a correction drive pulse P2 having larger energy than the main drive pulse P1 according to rotation states of the detection sections T1-T3.
