PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of movement (amplitude) by supporting a load in the direction of vibration of a motor generator supported on a power unit, to distribute the load concentrated on individual supporting points by increasing the coupled supporting points of the motor generator, and to ensure rigidity of supporting cables on the motor generator by suppressing resonance, large amplitude, and the like. SOLUTION: In the support structure of a motor generator which is connected to transmit power to a power unit through a belt and is mounted using the wall of the power unit, the mounting parts of the motor generator are distributed around the casing of the motor generator, and a stiffener extends in the direction receding from the rear end of the casing of the motor generator so that the motor generator and the power unit are coupled.
