IDENTIFICATION DEVICE FOR RADIO FREQUENCY SIGNAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved identification device for a radio frequency signal capable of enhancing identification performance for the radio frequency signal.

SOLUTION: The identification device uses a radio frequency signal feature extraction means having: a signal pull-out means which pulls out the signal part containing only an amplitude varying part and an amplitude saturation part of the radio frequency signal; an amplitude extraction means for extracting the amplitude variation at each cycle part of the signal part; a phase extraction means extracting a phase variation at each cycle part of the signal part; and a signal feature pattern output means which outputs an amplitude-to-phase characteristics expressing the phase variation to the amplitude variation as the radio frequency signal feature pattern based on the amplitude variation extracted by the amplitude extraction means and the phase variation extracted by the phase extraction means. Alternately, a radio frequency signal feature extraction means is used which has a signal feature pattern output means which outputs an instantaneous frequency characteristics from the output of the phase detection means as a radio frequency signal feature pattern.
