Disclosed is a mixture for controlling an invertebrate pest (such as silverleaf whitefly (Bemisia argentifolii), western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis), potato leafhopper (Empoasca fabae), corn plant hopper (Peregrinus maidis), cotton melon aphid (Aphis gossypii), green peach aphid (Myzus persicae), beet armyworm (Spodoptera exigua), cabbage looper (Trichoplusia ni) and diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella)) which comprises: (a) a compound of formula I, which is 3-bromo-N-[4-chloro-2-methyl-6-[(methylamino)carbonyl]phenyl]-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide (chlorantraniliprole), an N-oxide, or a salt thereof, and a component (b) wherein the component (b) is a macrocyclic lactone selected from the group consisting of spinosad, avermectin, doramectin, emamectin, eprinomectin, ivermectin, milbemectin, milbemycin oxime, moxidectin, nemadectin and selamectin; and their salts.
