PURPOSE: A relief spring coupling structure for a fuel filter is provided to allow a relief spring, which is compacted by an external load, to be smoothly returned to the original position after the removal of the external load. CONSTITUTION: A relief spring coupling structure for a fuel filter comprises a movable nozzle(10), a return part(20), a relief spring(30), a support cap(40), and a fixed cap(50). The movable nozzle sprays the fuel discharged from a fuel pressure regulator(70) of a fuel filter(60) toward a fuel tank. The relief spring is embedded in the return part in the longitudinal direction. The support cap is coupled to one end of the relief spring. The fixed cap supports the other end of the relief spring and is detachably coupled to the movable nozzle.
