PURPOSE: A coil spring for a power clutch nut is provided to easily unfasten a bolt from a nut even in a narrow space and to securely fasten the bolt and the nut even if external shock or vibration is generated. CONSTITUTION: A coil spring for a power clutch nut comprises a nut(300) and a coil spring(400). The nut is coupled to a bolt through a spiral shaft. The nut has a recessed part(310). The coil spring is placed in the recessed part and securely holds the outer surface of the spiral shaft. The coil spring has a winding unit(410a). The winding unit has a diameter which can be securely wound around the outer surface of the spiral shaft. The uppermost part(410b) of the winding unit has a bigger diameter than the other part of the winding unit.
