Macrocyclic 4-amino-quinazoline derivatives and their use as MTKI

Disclosed are macrocyclic 4-amino-quinazoline derivatives as represented by the general formula (I), wherein Z is NH, and the other substituents are as defined herein. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition which comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and, as an active ingredient, an effective kinase inhibitory amount of a compound as described above, for the use in the treatment of conditions such as cancer, diabetes, inflammation and arthritis.
