A pharmaceutical composition formulated in a single dose form wherein such single dose form comprises between 1 mg and 250 mg of 2-5[6-(3-amino-piperidin-1-yl)-3-methyl-2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrimidin-1-ylmethyl]-4-fluoro-benzonitrile. Also disclosed is a kit comprising this composition and the use of the composition in the treatment of diabetes.
